         alright my loves– i had no idea what it costs (or how many chaos-inducing stops/connections would be involved) but purely based on costs from aus to *new* england usa, im guessing that if at some point we decide to make this happen, that the flight is probably in the $4-$500 usd range. depending on how much renewing my passport will cost? i would probably (dont want to jinx it) be able to purchase that ticket. especially if it were a one-way (they dont always cost less though.) thats economy and if it were $800 it would be closer to impossible. i dont want to say impossible because i think it would be lovely to make it happen at some point… but im satisfied as far as a ballpark figure goes, that at least the ticket is in the realm of possibility, for now.

         if i can get my bloody passport renewed, that thing is good for 10 years. the rest of it will all take miracles. its good to leave room in life for miracles– i wouldnt have made it this far without a few. no worries, it takes a *minimum* of 3 months to get a passport renewed here. it takes longer to get a woman to agree over the internet to marry you over the internet. if only everything were as quick or easy as getting her mum to like you. oh, if only! love to you and yours.

         just to be clear, i only found prices for aus TO us. (round trip those.) its a fun fact that round trip tickets are sometimes cheaper than one-way (supply and demand, you know) but naturally im looking for us TO aus. they could be twice as much, but god forbid.

   the good news is i will save a few dollars on my editor, who i have just sacked.

   if you do take up planning a ceremony mum, (not to presume a thing) i think a home ceremony would be the most appropriate. it could be outside even (alex would probably prefer it) but i think at least one part towards the completion should be inside the house. a thought– like many people with our condition i dont always think about things from the start to the finish– i work backwards, and a lot of people who have had greater successes than i do it too.

      I read what you meant not what you said. Part of me wants to say don’t sack your editor but why not keep the money. I will not plan your wedding without you. I will plan about a dozen & let you two pick. I’m not a monster; no matter what my family say. But I think Alex will probably want to copy the part in ours where Gavin swore on a sword (replica).

   that should just load in the browser. it is perhaps more likely to load on a computer than a phone, it might work either way. also note that running the program that produces that video is better than the video itself; the video capture program isnt the best (or the settings werent optimized,) and the original is faster and smoother looking, at least.

         sigh. another thing i could take care of for you. a friend of mine is a *very* skilled microsoft technician– normally i dont use “skilled,” “technician” and “microsoft” all at once (which is a testament to how good he really and truly is.) im not on his level– but if its software, i could probably sort it out for you. do you know which malware it is/was yet?

         About 1 in every 5 (was one in two but we found security had been turned off) an ad loads it is either one of two betting sites (easy to close) or a really evil warning about malware with a phone number to call (that my father in law fell for a few months ago) that can only be gotten rid of by Control, Alt Delete and restarting everything. If I can turn it off before it loads I don’t have to restart but… It’s just sending my anxiety sky high! Gavin is going to work on it but when we got the new computer my external drive just stopped working containing all the stuff I had just emergency dumped from Sebastian so it wouldn’t be lost. He’s spent the last two days recovering the data on that, he’s going to look at this problem when he’s finished down loading and backing up my computer life. I hate hackers they are destroying my life as is stupid computer glitchie things.
         I am going to play a game to calm down now.

         terrible. i hope sir gavin can slay it soon, and you manage to enjoy your day nonetheless. i also have to figure out if i should obtain a real pen (seriously, i dont have one but i used to) or if i should just write to you in fine-tipped marker. im leaning towards that. but then what colour to use? i think brown is the most formal. (i had a black one, no telling where its gone to.)

         dont worry, its not the kind that goes through half a ream of paper and spreads until each line is 3/4 of an inch wide. i could type it and laser print, but our communication is already digital enough as it is.

         i was just sending alex a copy of my version of “the mighty alex” and explaning why i always call mr. #### “sir gavin.” (its in reference to the sword part of the ceremony.) if we do marry i will always call him that (or as long as i get away with it.) all in good fun anyway.

         anyway, i had just sent it and (i dont know when i got the notification) but i watch a few people there, including a group called pixelgiri.

         the reason i was sending a copy of the mighty alex (2) is the original said that catherine was their queen (tash and tab.) but that i still think alex is queen.

         and i clicked on the watch notification, which was there to tell me these two new images from pixelgiri were online: (i think this is one of the most remarkable coincidences of my entire life, and i hope its meaningful.)
