Last Week’s KSP Writer’s Centre assignment was a haiku poem and lucky you I have 4 to share. LOL Enjoy my very first Haiku attempt.
Frost in the meadow
The sun fights clouds but loses
The blighted field dies
Please be kind but critique.

I never remember what haiku is but I love the last line the most! 😊

The lady at KSP said its a Japanese style poem the rules are 5 syllables, then 7 then 5. Traditionally the subject is nature and it should involve contrasts. But none of us were 100% sure on any of this. Thanks for reading!

Oh no I have to tell you there will be only 3 more haiku… whats the plural? I’m going with haikuzels because it’s my blog. Mainly I write rubbish! And if you are feeling that perhaps you have found a potential protege, than I accept I have just been to your blog & I think you may be a genius. But be aware despite my writing and sense of humour I am not actually a small child, I just think like one. Oh & I get even sillier when I am sleepy (it’s after midnight where I am)(While I’m writing not where you are reading although it may be). If this hasn’t scared you, Hurrah!
